But, what about the military services? Do they care if civilians wear the uniform or parts of the uniform, and might they be willing to pursuade a DA to prosecute? It seems so. Some of the services have gone out of their way to include restrictions in their dress and appearance regulations (which are not enforceable against civilians, but tends to show that service's view on the subject). Army Regualtion 670-1, paragraph 1-4 states:

d. In accordance with chapter 45, section 771, title 10, United States Code (10 USC 771), no person except a member of the U.S. Army may wear the uniform, or a distinctive part of the uniform of the U.S. Army unless otherwise authorized by law. Additionally, no person except a member of the U.S. Army may wear a uniform, any part of which is similar to a distinctive part of the U.S. Army uniform. This includes the distinctive uniforms and uniform items listed in paragraph 1–12 of this regulation. Paragraph 1–12 goes on to define "Distinctive uniforms and uniform items:"

a. The following uniform items are distinctive and will not be sold to or worn by unauthorized personnel:

•(1) All Army headgear, when worn with insignia.
•(2) Badges and tabs (identification, marksmanship, combat, and special skill).
•(3) Uniform buttons (U.S. Army or Corps of Engineers).
•(4) Decorations, service medals, service and training ribbons, and other awards and their appurtenances.
•(5) Insignia of any design or color that the Army has adopted.
This indicates that the Army would not be very happy if they learned that a civilian was wearing one of the items listed above.

what do you do if you see a girl wearing a flag bikini, freak out and tell her she's disrespecting the flag? Ever go to an army navy store? Bet you'd raise some heck there.

Bruins played like crap, it was an exciting game, great to see them not give up, but that was the most undisciplined game I've seen from them since toronto. they cant be giving up 40 + shots a game.

Trust me on this, we rip our own as bad as the outsiders. Some surly sobs on that board, but most will at least here you out.

As far as JJ, there a bunch who defend him, but there's also a bunch that don't hesitate to challenge him.

It is a lively board to say the least.

Hawks turned it over way too much too, and Crawford was a sieve. I would enjoy this much more as an outsider. Too stressful as a fan.

Problem is, beside he has a sh!tty catching hand, is you lost and we won and now we have home field advantage again. Honestly watching that game last night I was sure it would go the other way. Only reason I asked about fountain head is he would not leave us alone on JJ board yesterday and today nothing from himn

I'm special, I mean, not in the "special" way you are, but hey, we all have our moments.

Dude, you really need to get over this jacket thing,
1. the Army doesn't give a poop no matter what you cut and paste,

2. The jacket was a gift to Ference from Army Ranger Lucas Carr, (who crossed the finish line at the marathon minutes before the bombs went off)
his platoon.

"We've had a relationship with the rangers for number of years and I've been friends with Lucas for a number of years," Ference said. "Our last Stanley Cup run we were wearing the Rangers shirt, did a lot of stuff with them. They sent us a lot of pictures, texts, stuff like that, supporting us really well."

During his visit, Ference was able to put himself in the everyday lives of the Army Rangers, to see exactly what they go through in their training regiment.

Ference wasn't surrounded by any military presences in Canada where he grew up in the city of Edmonton, so this was a whole new experience.

At the base they gave him the jacket and sewed on the various unique patches, which include the Spoked-B logo, but most importantly, according to Ference the Ranger tab, which "people go through hell to earn."

Not only did Ference leave with an amazing gift, but the trip also gave him another view on life.

"Seeing them leave for months and seeing him come back after losing friends, go through that, it makes it obviously a lot more personal and you see the emotional impact," Ference said. "That's when it kind of turns from talking about their bravery to understanding it. Seeing the real side of it for myself and a lot of the guys."
