my thing with Duchene is, i need a full season, i'm not yet sold if he's that elite level or just a star center, lest we forget Paul Stastny was putting up numbers in his first few years too he didnt turn out to be elite

furthermore its contradictory to say they already have a proven #1 center in Duchene, even though it seems they're picking a #1 center in Mackinnon....so what does that say about their confidence in Duchene as said proven #1 center, you think if they had FULL confidence in him they wouldnt stick to Jones?
