No it can't. Florida isn't exactly a powerhouse, surrounded by some of the most skilled players over the years. If Weiss played for Detroit over the last 5 years, I guarantee his statistics would be incredibly better. Likewise, if Filpulla played for Florida, his statistics would be worse than Weiss'
