Boooo....to that.Nothing against Stewart, we just need some value contracts to make us a competitive team in the time being for 5 reasons:
1)We need to see really what Nuge,Schultz and Yak are going to cost.
2)We have enough Talent, a good responsible plumber that can keep up will do for the top 6.
3)We need to wait and see where the cap goes.
4) We need to win a bit.Then the free agents will come to us and we won't have to overpay quite so bad.
If we're gonna blow are wad, I would rather it be on a D-Man.

Yakupov I see being a 30-40 goal scorer so he's not gonna be cheap at all. I don't think it would be smart for us to let any of them get to RFA status. Everyone still remembers the offer sheets Lowe made and thats not really something you forgive or forget. I would prefer to get Pietrangelo but they'll match anything for him

On an unrelated note, how much would it cost to move up to #5 in the draft? I'd want Barkov but Nichushkin would be ideal as well.
