Don't know how interested these teams really are but if I were fielding offers I would ask about centers like Bailey(NYI) Gaustad (NAS) Or Gordon(Pho). I would ask Ottawa about Chris Neil or Colin Greening.
All these guys would be of help I think, and way better than a draft pick.

Is james riemer going to keep this up and be a top goalie or just a fluky year which I lean more to considering what a great year he had but the playoffs are going to do nothing but help him will be the most important fact in them making it to the playoffs again. phil kessel has made impressive strides since being picked last in the all star game and being made fun of, took it in stride and got way better has something to prove could see him being affective again. lupul is a coin flip with injuries and his compete at times but I put him in same boat as kessel. grabovski has good compete but needs to bury it more often maybe a trade is needed for him. phaneuf is starting to look like he did in Calgary earlier in his career still has to watch the bad decisions and time to pinch but he takes chances which shows maturity and confidence. There coach is one of the best right now and Toronto seems to respond to him. You made some good points about fenwick if u don't have the puck how u going to score? Reimer cant do it all. It will have to be another lucky year or if boston wins the cup will they have a fire light under them knowing they could have won it all if things went different in that 3rd period?

I think if I'm Colorado, I think long and hard about that offer. Being able to add nurse or nichuskin at 5, fucale at 22 and klimchuk at 29.... Added to a roster deep at centre would be huge!

If the oilers are going to try and make the playoffs this year I know they say they will every year but I mean for real and make some serious UFA signings especially a C which is needed almost worse than D cause we don't know what will become of wildcards Belov and Klefbom could both be awesome. Im not saying this is the best thing to do but if we don't acquire a C from a trade we have no option. If we draft Barkov or Monahan I think they should take a year in the minors unless they are ready instead of needed.
