for my mock i had you guys taking Bo or Lazar

miller has proven over the years that he's a top tier goalie. dubnyk hasn't.

I don't think anybody will spend too much time arguing that devan dubnyk is a better goalie than ryan miller at this point.
I think he was just referring to numbers this past season.

but either way, no real interest in miller for many reasons.

those 2 must be the most hyped players in the history of hockeybuzz and they weren't even picked in the top 10 of their own draft year.

im sure there would be serious thought of quitting HB on clouts/garth parts. any chance of a Stanley cup would be gone forever with the loss of those 2 from our respective franchises after all.

Spend enough time here you'll find that most sabres fans are in quite the disagreement over Millers value. Believe me there aren't that many of us that overvalue him.

Most recent season. Miller also has been out of his prime since his run in with Lucic (Which was cheap as hell).

I think they're probably interested in both of those players for the same reasons. valuable two way gritty players that could end up 2nd/3rd line guys.

for sure lazar since they've seen him up close for 3 years and he could probably be had later if they traded down or used both 2nds to trade up

not sure either horvat or especially lazars' ceilings are high enough to justify the 7th though.

assuming we don't pull off a deal for immediate help, I think its one of Monahan, nurse or ristolainen.
