I do. Both guys play a 2-way game, but Lindholm has more offensive skill. He's put up Nicklas Backstrom-like numbers playing against men in the Swedish Elite League.

That's if Lindholm falls to 8. Edmonton is likely to trade their pick so if a team that needs a C moves up to seven all bets are off on him.

I dunno where you're getting this from. He's a really good skater, sure he's no Hagelin or Grabner but he could hold his own speed wise with almost anyone from this draft class.

I think next year is going to suck... There's pretty much no chance we do good enough to get into the playoffs, and we don't suck enough to get one of the only 2 important draft picks next year in Aaron Ekblad and Sam Reinhart... I'm starting to sound like 89...

With Vanek, Miller and for half the year pominville we were the 8th worst team in the league. If both are gone at the start of the season I just don't see how this team doesn't finish bottom 5 (more like bottom three).

don't want millers contract. not only does he cost too much, but he could bolt on us in a year.

plus we have a goalie, and contrary to popular belief, he's not the problem.
good numbers behind a terrible defence, good contract, and still developing. still lets in some softies, but im far from ready to give up on him.
we'll go after a cheaper backup or someone that can compete with dubnyk, but that's as far as we'll go for goaltending.

we'll use our assets like the 7th to go after much bigger needs like defence. guaranteed

pysyk is interesting, but not enough. and a throw in shouldn't interest mact much either.
