More goals scored against Montreal than for when PK was on the ice... that tells me that answer is no...

or rather, the criteria for Norris trophy is not what it should be.

I just ask because I was completely against Karlsson's Norris last. There really should be a Bobby Orr trophy for the best offensive defenseman and keep the Norris for the Dmen who are the best in all 3 zones that season.
