No they won't. Not in a draft this deep. You don't pick goalies at 15th overall; they're simply way too risky. The Islanders need a goalie now, not 5 years from now.

Look at Bobrovsky: goalies are unpredictable. When guys like Ryan Pulock, etc. are available, you pick them and figure out goaltending another way.

I have Zadorov to the flyers in my mock draft 1.0. I think he has the ceiling to be a franchise defenseman. His skills are so unique to his huge size. Drafting Zadorov would allow the Jets to move one of the defenseman from your list in a package for a top line scorer such as Thomas Vanek.

Fucale is the real deal, he started in the offense heavy QMJHL as a 16 year old. He was just as important to the Memorial Cup win as MacKinnon and Drouin. He will be an amazing NHL goaltender. Hes a better prospect then Fluery and Campbell were for their drafts. I hope hes available at 16 when Buffalo picks.

I concur, I wouldn't be unhappy if the Leafs took him with 21. You can't put unrealistic expectations on a kid, but if Drouin and MacKinnon make their respective teams next year we should find out how much of the credit Fucale deserves pretty quickly. Every team should be weighing the pro's and con's of taking him in the first round, you can't lightly pass up the opportunity of having an elite calibre goaltender in your system. Boston has Rask and still took Subban because they understood this.

And our friends out west have taught us all how NOT to handle having two star goaltenders, so no one should be worried about that, haha.
