thats the thing about an aggressive 4th line.. the whole line needs to be that way.. if its just one guy it doesnt work.. crash and bang lines are a big part of hockey.. and they are making a comeback.. especially in the east

It's not all that far from the truth. over the last decade we have had some atrocious first line combinations. It didn't matter one bit to ticket sales.

Could the leafs not buy out Vinny and then resign him as a leaf for real cheap like 1-2 mil for 5 years a season and Vinny wins because he would get avv 9-10 mil a season.

But Honestly I'd rather see him stay for next year at least, and assess the situation next offseason. It's not like this is the last year to get centermen.

I thought Orr did a great job using everyone of his shifts to nail Chara. That alone was worth more than any fight he got into last year. If he does that more often to more d-men, what a wonderful world it would be!
