I wouldn't say Miller is garbage, but certainly not worth the 1st overall. I don't really see the need for the Avs to acquire a goalie. They have Varlamov who can get the job done, with a better defense he can be a quality goalie.

Did you watch the olympics??? USA wouldnt have won bronze without miller. Hes an elite goalie on a poopty team. Hes not worth the #1 pick, but he could be a big part of a package for a top 3 pick. Miller to the Islanders for 15 and nino or miller to phoenix (mike smith is leaving) for 13 and gromley or murphy is much more realistic.

The Vanek offer sheet was a huge mistake that I'm glad Buffalo matched.

Duby had better numbers than Miller this year. Will he keep it up? Who knows. But Miller is NOT an Elite goalie.
