Yup.

Kings might be screwed cap wise! Only hope is to trade their core players for grinders!

Not sure he would fare so well on a weak defensive team devoid of physicality.

Maybe, the Oilers D is kind of a sinkhole of suckiness. Voynov showed that he can play in all situations and make the big plays when he needs to. Isn't he only like 22/23 as well. Hell, Edmonton trade for him then sign his partner Scuderi

Giveaways happen in any zone.

Your turn.

- DrRecchi

Giveaways only occur when you have the puck, not when you are defending. It's in no way a reflection of defensive abilities.

That you think it's 100% blatantly obvious, doesn't lend support to your claim. It means that you like him better because he is on the Leafs, and you hate the Habs. And that's fine - not saying you are wrong about his offensive abilities.

As for defensively, I'm not sure the back up coming from Leaf fans is going to do it.

- hscesq

The reverse for you?

Nobody expect a selke, but he's not a liability either. He's improved in his own end a lot recently.

I'll take a guy that has put up pts constantly but isn't a defensive beast any day.

I've been reading back a few pages, quite the argument.

Serious question, not being a troll.

Which forwards on the Habs would you not trade straight up for Kessel?

Yeah, you can't post the word "habt**d". Sorry Borje. This isn't a Habs thing. "Leaft**d" wouldn't be allowed either.

Somehow a Leaf fan was the one banned while others went free. Hmmm.
