also Darcy screws up in many ways but sometimes he holds onto players because he knows there valuye is high and we end up with deals like kassian and pominville. It is a bummer to see him run the show but this draft will make our opinions go very positive or negative

Completely agree with you on the holding onto players view. His decisions rely a lot on "contract years" and the production of points for those players. That's absurd in my book. Player A gets by with 10 goals and 23 assists for several seasons. When contract year comes around, Player A gets 22 goals and 21 assists and gets a 2-3 million dollar salary bump for more years.
The whole product needs to be taken into account by Darcy. Not just a small sample size.
