what can ek really do though? he can't read through every single post or reported post himself. that's why he has mods/referees but obviously the majority of them are bias or incompetent. the referee selection is indeed his fault, but again, you're exaggerating a tad bit.

how can a ref/mod keep his job when he bans someone for 3 days for simply laughing at a picture


or for a week when a picture of chicken wings is posted in response to someone saying they are hungry


the content needs to be improved IMO on this site, but more so the refs/mods can feel free to delete and explain why the post was deleted instead of handing out stupid bans

it's so much easier to keep people here that are giving the site hits then recruit new people, esp with the changes of bloggers now vs 4 or 5 years ago
