I agree with Gil on this.
It's like the posters that insist on banging on Garth's misspelling of words at times.
We all err people. All of us.
It just gets soooo old.
Just let it go.

I don't see why they just don't suspend the Garth bashers....Really, it looks bad on Hockeybuzz.

if you got the 1st overall who would you take?
- SabresFaninIndiana

Nathan MacKinnon, I think number one defencemen are hard to find but really number one centers are what you build your team around and this team has not had onen since Pat LaFontaine(Briere was close).

it might.. i really don't care all that much about what he writes.. 90% of the time i don't read it. It would be nice if he put more time into it though. He should proofread and fact check his posts before he submits. People wouldn't care as much if he just did that.

I know MacKinnon is not Crosby but it is a good example of needing a center to win the cup...yes Boston does not have one but they are not the norm....Chicago does not have a number one defender.....

Speaking of Boston....anyone think Regier is starting to mold a team like Boston?

Sort of yea, I mainly get the sense that he's going old school with our roster. Apparently we are in on matt cooke, could you imagine that poop?

I dont read it either and last week I took a beating for mentioning it but really it looks pretty sad on Eklund not to mention who cares what Garth writes about...it is kind of sad people go out of there day just to post about Garth not realizing it makes them look bad too.

If he is then he should be moving/moving on from Hodge, Vanek, gerbe and enni to replace them with more solid defensive type players. We need to improve defense down the middle.

If it is from Eklund forget about it...I dont really see Regier going for any free agent.....maybe trade or buyout don't know yet but 90% of this roster is already here.

Top 3=Elite Talent

10-20= equals the same poop we've watched for the past 5 years. I find it really funny that people have always complained about how we never had a franchise guy and that our best player is a "4th tier star" yet everyone balks at every proposed deal because we are overpaying. Who really cares at this point, if we are in for a major rebuild does it really matter how many veterans are traded? By the time we're any good they'll be long gone or not very useful. Franchise players make other players around them better. As a result they are worth the ridiculous price tag that comes with moving up to get them IMO.

Larsson will definitely do that....Also Lindholm. I think Ennis should be traded but that does not mean I don't want him here. Package him for a good 2 way player.....

If they trade vanek and miller I do not see ott, ehroff, weber, or even stafford wanting to stick around but we do need vets on the roster. i think hell trade one of the two come draft day. prolly miller and we draft lindholm/monahan and wuld like satini/zadarov/mantha with 16th pick

Just another day of random guesses.

Happy Monday gents

well who cares about stafford, Ehrhoff has no choice he is under contract and until you see the return for Vanek and Miller then wha happens with Ott wont be decided until the deadline.

This hockey team would not be better without Vanek.
I think we can be better without Miller.
