nice buddy, i did venice, bari, rome, dubrovonik (croatia), santorini, rhodes and katakaloon (greece)...15 days. (i went in october)

was legendary.

rome is cool, tons to see...its an odd place i find, lots of scavengers.

i dont need to walk by some 70 year old bag who has rags on and is laying on the ground or kneeled with some picture of some religious bullpoop on a picture or card infront of that a little cup to put in change.

They'll steal all your stuff if you turn your back on them. They pilfered my friend when he went with his school on the trip, they stole everything they had on the bus 45 cases of luggage in 20 minutes

now THATS a trip!....and yeah my buddy who was just there warned me about them gypsies!!....he had his brand new iphone on the table in front of him drinking a coffee and a lady approached him with a brochure of some sort...distracted him with one hand and swiped the phone with her other...right in front of him and his wife....didnt realize it was gone until a few seconds later and she was GONE.

you know I was thinking the same...would almost rather walk and drink and stop when ever I wanted and not worry about some stupid scooter or other crazy drivers...and Im likely leaving my valuables behind...iphone will be locked up in room or safely at home in Canada
