He should. Elite teams shouldn't lose their composure and focus as easily as the Penguins have the last few years. They get taken off their game way too easily and the coach has to do more to keep them on track.

There's no discipline. Even talent needs discipline to win against good teams. They get upset and all the focus and composure disappears.

The only way I see him staying is if Crosby says so. I think he has a ton of juice with the Pens org. and his opinion matters. Granted, we wouldn't know either way why he stayed. But just a thought. I think he should go to. 2 goals scored in the ECF, 0 points from Crosby, Malkin, Neal, Iginla, Letang and Morrow.

With all their TDL moves, it was Stanley Cup or Bust for the Pens this season, so that's an early exit 3 years in a row. And then you add the sweep on top and who would be surprised by some changes?
