well bruschetta is my go to

i make a nice scrambled egg with sauteed mushrooms and bell peppers.. mix iin some goat feat at the end and thats rather tasty.

stir frys are always good but fairly easy..

my home made perogies are good too.. but thats an old family recipe.. cant take credit for that..

now i am getting hungry.. think i am going to do a lemon chicken tonight .. havent decided on a side.. rosemary rice might be good

To make things simpler, why not just mail me $20?

You don't have to go to the bookstore or try this stupid fad diet that has no basis in science whatsoever.

Really, just mail me $20.

Much, much easier.

I'm guessing he just mis-typed feta.

At least I hope so...

My best dishes:

Pizza(different toppings, love doing it with prosciutto, red peppers, and real mozza, and then throwing in some arugula and olive oil at the end)- with my own sauce and crust.

Planked salmon with a maple/mustard/chipotle/whateverthe(frank)else glaze.

Beer can chicken

and I make my own salsa/tzatziki, when it's called for.

I also make an awesome rotisserie turkey for thanksgiving, and bacon-wrapped eggs for special breakfasts.

i thought he was closer to 6' ?

seems to play that way anyways

- Dozzer

5'11 on skates apparently is the new measurement. He plays bigger than he is as you say though...just think he's really overrated being on one of the best teams in the entire CHL and never learning how to pass or use ones teammates.

doing it now. yes. Get's fast initial results so you stay motivated.

I'm kinda shocked how quickly I started cutting. We did it more as a detox. I'm not overweight by any stretch, but not as fit as I used to be and the beer belly was starting to form. Wanted to take care of it before it became an issue and start working out again, since I'm 38 now.

I'm hugging my monitor right now, imagining you on the other end.

But not in a weird way, like I do with Dozzer.

Congrats.
