To me the time to acquire Clarkson ship sailed when he had that poopty season 2 years ago, the one right before his 30 goal campaign. I'm sure he could help us out, his toughness and all, but he's not worth more than 3,500,000 a season to me. He goes missing for long stretches, he's a less talented but tougher version of Tucker. The pro is he is what we need in games where a Marchand is on the other team, but the con is, is that worth top 6 forward money over an 82 game season. He's not a big goal scorer, and I say that fully recognizing he hit the 30 goal mark. In Toronto, he'd end up on our 3rd line.

So, last night i made my own burgers, but they came out dry... tasty, but dry. I don't think I overcooked them, though it's possible. Didn't overhandle them in any case.

Recipe:

1.5 lbs of extra lean beef(could be the problem right there)
1/2 onion, finely diced
1/2 of a big carrot, shredded
some shrooms, not sure how many , finely diced
a few handfuls of lovage, finely diced
1/2 a garlic
olive oil
2 eggs
buncha spices, seasoned salt

should I add more veg to make them juicier? different meat? I don't wanna use wheat, so no breadcrumbs.

German trick, cut up bread in cube shape and soak them in a little water, then mix in with ground beef.

i think the issue is, Men are supposed to just cook the meat on the BBQ, nothing else required from us, just take the meat from the woman and put it on the BBQ
