Well not exactly.

But you are given more leeway when defending your turf. Bernie hasn't said anything too bad, he's just a little sensitive.

I hope I made him cry.

I always thought those were the most bizarre banners to have hanging from the rafters. I noticed they were gone when I went to a game there last year.

When your arena houses the Bullets/Wizards and the Capitals, you have to turn to your WNBA team for rafter-fillers

Well Bernie, I wanted to give you the benefit of the doubt, then you had to go call someone a d-bag.

FYI- The person you said that to wasn't the same person that originally responded to you. I think you owe him an apology sometime after 2:43 PM tomorrow.

The series is FAR from over but won't be if Bylsma doesn't learn how to make an adjustment. He's too stubborn in the sense that reguardless of who our opponent is, he's going to come out and play his system. Well guess what Dan? YOUR SYSTEM HASN'T WORKED AGAINST THEM! So now it's time to go back to the drawing board and see what worked against them in the regular season when you went 3-0 against them. Or how about watching some film of the Bruins/Leafs series and figure out what was working for Toronto? Just saying.

Anybody else enjoy the irony last night at he end of the game when one of commentators asked Pierre who he would start in goal for game 3, and right as he said "Id go with Fleury" the horn sounds for the 6th goal.
In a night filled with a lot of yelling at the tv and depressing moments, that was at least one point where you could laugh.

I felt positive for a total of 34 seconds last night. 28 before the first goal and about 16 after our goal.

actually i guess its slightly less upsetting when you have a guy who actually is bruno gervais play like bruno gervais, instead of having an all world talent like letang play as though he is gervais
- stayinthefnnet

Bruno Gervais is a stellar ECHL defenseman.

I was really holding out hope for Fleury even after the 4th goal to some extent. Figured he is rusty and needs some game action. The 6th goal was the death nail. Same kind of feel as the goal at the end of game 4 in the Islanders series. The Pierre comments and timeliness of them were pure comedy though.

It was like a trainwreck, I couldn't even take my eyes off the TV when I was eating.

After the 5th goal, I tried to get everybody in our group to do something other than sit and watch the last half of the 3rd. Couldnt get anybody motivated to even change the channel.

I am going to admit something that I can't believe I am going to admit.......I switched to the NBA game for 30 seconds last night until I realized it was a blowout too.

That thought never crossed my mind. Didnt even know there was an NBA game last night and I prefer to keep it that way. I was more pushing for a game of worms or a round of uno.

Money on the game is the only reason it crossed my mind. . . . needless to say it was a bad bad night for sports for this guy.
