The writing is certainly on the wall, and unfortunately after his performance on Monday my MAF wall banner is no longer on that wall.

By that theory then Scotty Bowman with his 9 Stanley Cups should be considered the greatest coach ever......wait.

He was in a tough spot Monday with not playing in like a month. But that rust should have showed up in a bad rebound or whatever, not letting a clean wrist shot in from the blue line. His egg is scrambled at this point, and if his troubles in this post season came from memories of last season, than it's only going to get worse.

Doesn't mean those coaches aren't hungry or just didnt have the tools to get the job done. DB won a cup atfter taking over from MT and basically using his system. Since then, 1 2nd rnd appearance, 2 first rnd exits, 1 conf final, only 1 division title.

I was just debating Killian's point with his own logic.

If this series continues to go sour, I'm not against canning Bylsma, *IF* there is a better option available.

Pittsburgh is such an easy matchup for any team that can score. Their d is atrocious.

Well, we haven't blown a 4-1 lead in game seven in the last 12 minutes that I'm aware of. Talk about bad defense, right?

Imagine if we combined teams (or at least goalies)...

That would be one hell of a group of goalies

LOVE WHAT MARCHAND DID AFTER HE SCORED. MATT COOKIE. 6-1 in the playoffs, are you sure your defense and goaltending are good enough? You barely beat the ISLANDERS LOL. Then beat an easy team in the 2nd round who didn't have Karlsson playing like himself and no Spezza. Now face the best team in the conference and choke. Bruins in 4. Cindy can keep slashing and challenging the goaltender(TOUGH). Maybe Shero should add another offensive player at the deadline LOL Idiots. Add Murray who was -8 in San Jose, and add more to the offense even though they don't need it. Bruins will then lose to Hawks or Kings and all will be good. Chara is gonna end Crosby's career if that rat tries to do his usual antic behind the refs.

Toronto fan, a franchise that hasn't been relevant really since the 1980s I guess, maybe and we have a poop talker. It's like a Pirates fan mouthing off to a Cardinal fan. Get my drift champ? Your continuing utter nonsense on this board reeks of jealousy.

You are a joke. Dan is putting in the best goalie he can to win a game. He is basically trying to not only get back in the series, but trying to save his own job. Fleury has been TERRIBLE the last two years in the play-offs, save one game. He, Bylsma hasn't ruined him. Fleury's fragile mind has ruined himself. Any sane person who wants the Pens to get back in the series, puts Vokoun in net. For some odd reason, you want a sive in net in Fleury, one who most assuredly would get us down 3-0 in games if he started tonight. Stats don't lie champ. The eyes don't lie either. Are you forgetting all the soft goals Fleury has allowed. They did happen.

Right now, I'm not sure who is someone that should get laughed at more - you for this craziness and not seeing the obvious, or Toronto and Edmonton fan saying Malkin for Kommasarek and a fifth; or Letang for Hemsky straight up.

Read your own posts for just a second.....

Ok good. Just had to help you realize how much of douchebag you sound like right now. And you call me the joke? Why beacuse I came into a Penguins blog and voiced my opinion? Sorry, I was unaware that I'm not entitled to one of those. I was also unaware that if I don't agree with you (or your world class sports writer hahahaha) that I am completely wrong in what I say.

Sorry for being a loyal fan that wants to back the guy that has been here from the start. But like most other "loyal" Pittsburgh fans, yinz are the first to throw your franchise player under the bus and call for his head. And you call yourself a penguins fan? Give me a break. Like I said, people like you are the reason our fans have the reputation that they do so good work.

Fleury was the first peice of this franchise. He came in here before the Sids, the Geno's, the Letangs. He played defense in front of guys named Rico Fata, Josef Melichar, and Ramzi Abid. He was also the first goalie since 1992 to bring the Cup back to the burg. So the guy has hit a tough spot in his career. So what? You cannot completely blame him for his recent struggles as much as you can blame the team that played in front of him.

You would be crazy to think Fleury was stellar in last years series against the Flyers, or this years series against the Islanders. And then he gets thrown into a game that was 0-3 and played in front of a team that had already given up. And you call that giving the guy a chance? Unbelievable.

Despite his recent struggles, Fleury is OUR BEST goalie. And it's a shame to see them go to Vokoun in such a critical moment in this teams season. Vokoun had his chance against Boston...he's 0-2. Let's stick with him tho, because I'm Dan Bylsma and I don't know how to make an adjustment. Way to go Dan

EDIT: Sorry for being the last penguins fan that still believes in MAF

First of all, calm down...

Second of all, just about every Pens fan here wants to back Fleury, but over the last 4 playoff years, he hasn't been the same guy who played in the '08 & '09 playoffs. Since then, his best playoff year was 2010-2011 and he played horribly in games 5 & 6, both closeout games.

I was in the building for his debut, when he made 40+ saves, many of which were spectacular in a loss against the Kings. I've been a fan of his and a defender of his ever since. But, Vokoun is the most stable of the two goalies right now, and gives them the best chance to win. Not sure how this isn't obvious to everyone, Marc-Andre probably even knows it.

Your big fanboy Barts is in my corner on this one. He plays worms too. Since you seem to be really into explaining conflicts in your opinions today, why dont you explain the difference between sitting in front of a tv for 3 hrs watching hockey vs sitting in front of the same tv playing a video game.
