We should look at proven playoff guys that are UFA, that's true, Dan Cleary and Dustin Penner come to mind.

Bozak money: 2 Years 5mil per??

Brad Richards is barely 33 years old. He doesn’t play a hard game. I don’t expect him to be the guy he was 5 years ago, but I would MUCH rather put $10M over two years into taking a chance on him regaining some of his form than I would into signing Bozak. He’s only a couple of seasons (and one coach) removed from some point per game seasons.

Joe would look good in Toronto and he would be such a mentor to all the forwards as well I would look to Scuderi on D as a steady shot blocker big hit defense-man he could be had for under 4 a total upgrade from Liles or Komisarek. My thinking a stud forward like Joe and a stud stay at home dman like Scuderi is exactly the type of upgrade the Leafs need with all the young guys they would be the mentor and the leadership.
