Minor detail...
Habs are also looking to deal a few other guys no longer under contract to the team:
- Patrick Roy
- Jacques Plante
- Maurice Richard
Should see a good return on each of them. - mlindsay
But... but... they can not trade Roy, he is not with the team anymore. He is the new head coach of... okkkkkkayyyyy. |

Love to see the Ducks take a run at Ribeiro...Koivu is a legend, but far from a top 6 center at this point in his career. I like the idea of Getz and Perry followed by Ryan and Riberio

if the Blues sign either guy i will eat my hat. Totally made up.
Unless you are feeding the agents' bill of goods to help them run up prices, no way this has any legs |

Agreed, Blues need to worry about re-signing their own players first. |

Blues probably don't sign either. I Think they bring over Jori Lehtera and stick him with Tarasenko and maybe Schwartz
Also, I think one of the free agent forwards the Blues have are moved, but Pietrangelo and Shattenkirk are resigned. |

Excuse me while I do a (frank)ing backflip over the thought of Nashville looking at a smallish, inconsistant forward.

I think the Flyers should ditch Bryz and Briere and sign T.Thomas to a 1-2 year deal...And of course upgrade the horrible defense... |

You already have Burrows, not sure what you need Perron for.

I think the odd ducks out are Perron and Stewart. Oshie is beloved in the city and Bergy is just to damn talented to let go. This will be his last chance though. He doesnt live up in this next contract he is gone.
Just my thoughts |

You and gobluenotes are absolutely right. Would not be an upset at all to see more than one go...

Brendan Gaunce & 1st for Perron & Elliott.
Oh, and you have to buy out Luongo as well and the Blues will sign him to a 1 or 2 year deal. |
