I was thinking the same thing. THIS IS OUR BIG OFF SEASON MOVE??
If we sign Gordan and let Bozak walk I predict we will miss the playoffs... why is everyone so low on Bozak? SIGN BOZAK!!!!

This has nothing to do with Bozak...
it's simply to get a 4th line centre who is dynamite on the draw and is one of the best PKer's in the game so that Ballsack isn't needed to do the old "Take the draw and scamper to the bench for Kulemin" every penalty kill start.

JVR - Grabo/Bozak - Kulemin/UFA (Guess Clarkson why not?)

btw.. bozak is a mediocre 3rd line centre at best. man.. the hard ons some people have for him..its stupid. |

Again, Bozak is so underrated... I just don't think it is wise to let him walk when Grabo is questionable and you cannot expect Kadri to repeat his performace of last year... and Colborne? Really people, how many games did he play last year?? ugh

That's why 1-2 years. Ray Whitney/Jagr/Selanne/Alfie etc are all old as hell too, doesn't mean they aren't productive and can contribute in the short term. |

25 is pretty young for a goalie. Next 5 years should be his prime years. He's just getting there. And that game 7 was a big learning point for him (I would hope)
