If you get rid of Grabo you only have Kessel, Lupul and Phaneuf over 5 million.

Then you have your other tier in and around JVR's salary...So if you're top 6 and not yet a superstar. you have a ceiling of 4.2 million. Kadri and Bozak qualify at this rate.

Now your bottom 6 guys have a ceiling of under 2 million. Your D men are in much the same realm other than Liles.
