With the cap going down and a 6.5 million cap hit, there's no way they get a lot of value for him at this point. |

Not necessarily, but right now, but if they plan to trade him, all they have to offer right now is that, unrealized potential.
The last time the Habs traded a player when his value was high, they got Gorges and Pacioretty back. |
