Sent him home from the taxi squad a last week or the week before to heal his wrist. Same injury he got when he was playing with the Rangers

Ok thanks. Still there has to be someone that isn't turnover machine to dress.

Hey, have to grasp onto something, because there isn't much else to be happy about, sans Hank.

No. It will be considered lucky by a vast majority of fans here or a case of even a blind squirrel finds an acorn every once in a while.

So why isn't there a continuous litany of hatred towards Richards?

Actually there is but I think it's trumped by the fact Torts keeps going back to him on the PP. I get the rationale myself even if I don't necessarily agree with the decision.

For those like the Blueshirts4ever and Jimbro here that think we would have made the playoffs by not having Hank here, but instead by having even the 2nd best goalie in the world ranked behind Hank; you got your proof in the first period so far; or else we would have been trailing by 3 goals already in the first 12:00 tonight.
Hank had not given up 5 goals in his last 191 straight games dating back to 11/24/10. We did not lose these 2 games because of him! It's just further proof that if he is not playing his normal super-spectacular game, that we have zero chance to win under our system used.
(I singled out the above 2 names for making a contradictory response on Jan's prior blog to mine and the other members they said were not Rangers fans, that have posted about our team's status without having Hank here.)
If those 2 were including me here, I am happy to say that you were wrong, because I am as big of a Rangers fan as there is; and when do you ever see me mocking our players like many others do here regularly? But that's o.k. for you 2 and others to do I guess, and still say that you all are Rangers fans. It works both ways here for whatever opinion we have. I just want to see a Rangers win tonight.
So LETS GO RANGERS!!!

Not sure we have a better option at this point. Sadly. Just have to hope Richards wakes up.

We need to do a better job getting clear of our own zone.. We keep turning the puck over at our own blue line, thats a big problem

I'd be surprised if it did. IMO his confidence is in the toilet and I don't see that suddenly changing barring a surprising turn of events. I wish he would for obvious reasons but I would be surprised.

You used more semi-colons in this paragraph, than I've used in 33 years on this planet. If they are used properly, which I do not believe they are, well done.

And I wasn't referring to you. So get your facts straight. If you're going to call is out as posters at least get it right. I called hank our best player this morning and said I'm tired of apologizing for our goaltender being our best player.

I actually said I could make a good argument that the Rangers could have contended for a playoff spot with a goaltender other than Hank. I doubt he, or even some other HB guys would buy it but I can make a statistical argument that the Rangers would have been in contention for a playoff spot with another goaltender. Key word: Contention.

I tend to use semi-colons relatively often but I can't shake the idea that I'm even using them too much. That is one of those difficult areas of grammar for me. That and the use of "whom" or "who." I know that in a preposition it should be "whom" but there are other times I'm not too sure.

Remember we mentioned people rooting against the rangers so torts is fired? Count me as one who just hope Richards does what he's doing so management doesn't toy with the idea of letting him steal our cap space another year.

I can and will overlook those if he scores some goals and the Rangers win. But agree, there were a couple that made me shake my head in that period. But they also pointed out Marchand's mistakes last game but they don't really matter given he scored that fourth goal and Boston won.

It's his little way to keep proving he is smart so now he makes poop up if you fancy yourself a journalist, deal with facts and not fiction. I never said that. Please please stop with your elitist BS crap. We get you're smarter than everyone. Go take a victory lap.

Very surprising but credit to Boston for making the Rangers look a step slow and sloppy in both zones.

Rangers need to pick it up; second most obvious statement of the night.

Sometimes when I am writing and spell check pops up on that word I realize my error. I usually get that one right but that is another one that isn't easy. I don't envy anyone that has to learn this language as an adult.
