If the Rangers call about Burmistrov, they should ask about Bogosian as well.

I'd stand pat with our D. I really like that group and want to see them grow as a unit.

Burmistrov for Thomas and a 2nd that we wont be usign to resign Clowe?

Not to play Pollyanna, but just to give some historical perspective, the Bruins DID recently lose a series in which they were up 3 games to 0 against an inferior team with AHL goaltending. They did this losing with home ice advantage, losing a game 7 in which they were up 3-0 in the first.

It's not likely, no. But it's still possible. You're not dead yet. You do have the best goalie around (discouraged as he may be, a couple of spectacular first period saves tomorrow and he'll be right as rain). I just hate to see it all be talking as though you don't have a game tomorrow still to play. (My guys haven't played since spring 2012. )

This! This is in the back of the mind of every Bruins fan today. Still have to win one more.

EDIT: The Rags had their struggle this year but up and down this roster there is too much talent...I'll be shocked if there is a sweep especially in MSG.

I like the group as well, but they need a right handed shot. And Bogosian has a bomb from the point as well. Del Zotto and __________ for Bogosian and Burmistrov?

You don't think much of Clowe do you? Personally, I like right now Clowe. Don't think I am going to like 2016 Clowe.

No, I think who you are thinking I'm thinking would be too much with Del Zotto.

Edit: Although, I would love to trade that guy for value in the right deal.

Don't know, but they would be crazy to trade that guy. He's a bull in a china shop and he's got big time skill. Big personality, however.

Could you imagine using that $9.8M I talked about to get Ryan and Kane Then me AND TJ would be happy.

That would be great. Accept who are you going to trade for those players?

If given a choice, I would much rather have Kane than Ryan.

And how'd that work out? And how ya like me noooowww?

CAP SPACE (22-man roster): $702,500

EDIT: My boy(s) Miller and Kreider and DZ gone.

Although, I think it makes more sense to trade Staal not DZ. We get more, more $, and hes too simialr to what we have where we need DZ to pan out to an offensive Dman.

what would be my dream for the offseason is to get guys like latendresse and trade for the rights off clutterbuck, the roster would than be:
kreider-stepan-callahan
latendresse-brassard-nash
hagelin-miller-clutterbuck
pyatt-boyle-dorsett
Mcd-girardi
staal-moore
DZ-stralman(maybe trade Del zotto for as mich as you can get and give his spot to Mcilrath)
that roster combined with bringing in Brian Leetch for the PP and i can't help but wondering how Messier would look like as head coach.
offcourse buy-out richards
and although i like zucc he is too small for the style this team needs to play.

I think you prep your cap to make a run at him. Lets face it, the only way we can get a true elite guy is to pay through the nose on the open market. He is arguably the world's #2 guy who has a chance to come here in his prime.

rags are against the cap next year already, with 9 roster players up for contracts. That 6.5 mil hit for wade redden is still there next year too. NY is F'd.

I dont mean ths as a disrespect but you have no idea what your talking about

Redden was a compliance buyout. So nothing against the cap. Richards will be bought out too to get another $6.66 Million. With Richards and lets say Pyatt gone and resnabe salaries given to those players you are refering to. We have $9.8M in cap space.
