what size shirt do you wear for your new Crosby shirt?

but in all seriousness, plenty of guys to root for on the pens if you don't like the usual suspects. guys like iginla are easy guys to root for from a hockey perspective.

- SuperHenderson13

The Penguins are disliked by me because they are division rivals and because they usually wipe the floor with the Rangers too.

But individually, I am one of the few that actually doesn't hate Crosby. Utmost respect for him, despite what most non-Pens think of him. Plus I really respect Bylsma, he is a great head coach.

another person I talked with about this exact situation said NYR wouldnt buy him out and likely trade to trade him to a team that needs center help (TOR was hot on him 2 summers ago)

but either A) not sure who wants what he has left and is willing to take on that contract

or B) rangers will probably have to eat a good portion of the cap hit in a trade

- FourFeathers773

If they are able to deal Richards, Sather's truly a trading genius. Even if they have to eat his salary that would be a hell of a coup. Richards looks washed up and in a hurry.

Blyma has some of the best ayers in the world. With all due respect to him, my 5 yr old could coach the pens

I meant kings or sharks that they can play this exciting offensive style that we apparently can't. Are their players so much better allowing them to play that style? I don't think so.
- mrhattrick27

Oh gotcha. The thing with the Kings that separates them to me is the skill of Doughty and Voynov from the back. San Jose I agree the differential isn't all that great.

Agreed on both counts. I don't hate Crosby either, though I find most Devil fans don't seem to. I respect that he plays hard and plays through pain whenever it's humanly possible.

Just want to see what this roster could do with a more offensive minded coach.

Hahaha, nah, he is a pretty good coach in my eyes. Yes he has beaucoup talent to roll with but he gets a lot out of his depth players too.

Torts would be just as successful there

What they need is Yandle. Penney is a slug during the regular season and only picks it up in the playoffs.

2 years in a row and 4th line players out score and end our season, anyone who thinks they should keep Torts is an idiot
- Philly_is_trash

I can't defend him anymore but all I will say is, it's more then a new coach that this team needs. They need alot of roster help too

I just got home. Had to listen and tweet from the road. But I thought getting on the soapbox would be a bad idea.

Not a lot of help but definitely need some adjustments. It wouldn't hurt to try a new game plan next season though. There is offensive talent here, a lot of it is untapped.
