Yea I noticed that too, I really expect something like this out of Keith or Kane (to a lesser extent). I expect him to elevate his play in game 4, angry Toews to the rescue.

correct his average rank is 15 so figure started at say 18 now to 12 which will be the highest he goes cause I dont see the flyers not taking a D man maybe theres an outside chance that the Stars at 10 but id not put my money on it. But at that point Id think theyd take Shinkaruk

He's going anywhere from 11-15 in most mock drafts but by the end of this tournament he could go top 10. If a team really likes his play they may be willing to take him a little early to make sure they get him.
