watching Quick in the playoffs is great. you can tell he is focused as hell out there.. he is a big game performer. Nothing against miller just stating what I thought when I watched him the other day.

Quick has some of Millers faults. Goes down early, too aggressive, gets frustrated. He just has a defense that clears the crease like no other

I've seen that too, fair comment. I do like Quick's compete level.

a solid defense is a goaltenders best friend... Not many goalies can look good without it.

I find the best thing is to get out and do stuff, rather then sulk and pout about it and lie down all day

Holmstrom avg about 10 goals a season on the pp for a number of years.

Vanek would score 25 on the pp regularly.

i understand your thought that we don't want to keep miller on the east coast. But I am really not all that worried about playing against him. If you get a good return from Philly I think you take it.

I'm not either, trade him to whatever team will give us the best return. But just thinking like Darcy, you have to figure he's heading out west. Probobaly best for him anyway.

sounds like any other goalie in the league.

over commits to shooter on 2-on-1. We all were taught as 12 year olds (those of us that played) that you leave the shooter to the goalie on a 2 on 1 and take away the pass.

weak glove? Henrik Lundqvist is just as bad.

floaters from the points through traffic? Seen them in every playoff series this year.

bump a goalie every once in a while? Pisses them all off.
