I think we can and I will be hoping for that. We need to take what we did well through two periods and try to do that for a full three periods in game three and fix our defensive miscues. - gkmkiller
Can't think about it as 4 of 5. Just Tuesday night, the only way to view this is the road team is yet to win. What choice do we have? The best 2 parts of our team broke down, the defense and the our goaltender. Don't give up boys keep fighting!! |

Rask outplayed Hank, but TORTORCINDERELLA must figure out a solution to our powerplay woes with his Sully wand immediately.
Today Zero for 5, and now 2 for 36 (5.56%) in the playoffs; and ZERO for the last 19 since game 4 vs. Washington. - RangerSaver

What a disgraceful effort from Girardi and DZ, trade DZ as soon as you can his value is plummeting, Hank gets no pass for his game either, total team failure against a beatable Bruins team, they can suck mine |

Of course, wouldn't we all? Not the first time you guys have been down 2-0, I know this is a better team than Washington but keep the faith. |

I didn't see anything today that made me change my mind and start believing Boston cannot be beat. Yes, they are a good team that can roll four lines but truthfully it looked like the Rangers might have been starting to wear the Bruins top D-men out in the second period. If we play like we did for the most part through two periods today for 60 minutes in game three we can win a game.
The Rangers forecheck was very good in the second period and the PP showed signs of life. Nash took over for stretches in the second period.
We just have to clean up the defensive side. Girardi made some very uncharacteristic mistakes and I expect him to be much better. We need to see Moore taking some of the minutes away from MDZ, who is really struggling right now. And Hank needs to be better frankly but these are all things I can see happening. There is nothing that tells me this series is over. |

Boston is very vulnerable with the lead. They seem to get careless.

Take everything positive and the Rangers beat themselves to go down 2-0 again and to a team not as deep as Washington with 3 rookie defenseman, it's a waste rooting for them, get to the off season and make the necessary changes starting with head coach

Well said Glen. I really hope we can come out on fire tuesday. Honestly i think the rangers can feed off the msg crowd and get it done.

The one thing I would say is the Bruins are you way more mentally tough than the Caps. It's going to be an enormous challenge but like I said before just need a win on Tuesday.

Bruins are up in the series but I see a lot of room for them to be exploited. Whether or not the Rangers will is another story. |

Ya know he isn't wrong there. As solid as Boston has been they have choked away a 3-0 series lead and almost did it last week.
By the way damn you Maple leafs!!! |
