Heres the disappointing part, no battle level after the 4th bruins goal. Its obvious they took a step back and weren't playing with the same level of intensity as they had in the first two periods.

Yeah, that goal seemed to deflate them. At the end of the second I was sure they were going to win this game. They were playing well and dominating consecutive shifts. But Girardi failed to tie up Marchand and it seemed to sink the Rangers.

Guess we will have to see. Truth be told Boston hasn't looked that good except for two periods in this series: this third period and overtime in Game 1. Rangers just didn't show up in the third today.

I think we can and I will be hoping for that. We need to take what we did well through two periods and try to do that for a full three periods in game three and fix our defensive miscues.

Rangers played well this period but surprisingly enough Hank has been the letdown today.

Rask has outplayed him today, but without him, we have a worse record than the Panthers did in the regular season.
