It's tough.... Boston looked tired at the end of the season, and at times against the Leafs. If they make it through the physical Rangers, they could be spent, like the Canes in 2009.
Only thing that makes me hesitant, is that there are a lot of guys in that room who know what it takes to win a Cup. The rags don't have that. - rival22

A little early... in February that's an interference. |

Hank has let in two somewhat softies.... Boston has to get a win out of this one tonight, it's not going to happen many more times this series. - rival22
WOW....Boston hit the post in the end....too much pressure on the Rangers.. |

I'm sure if you go to the Rags board they're blaming Crosby for it.... |

Boston had eight shots on that power play? That was nuts. Thought they would end it there. Some random guy will score the game winner. |

Jagr looks as tired and wore out as he did last year in the playoffs.
If he finds work next season, he's gotta be given nights off during the season, and he probably won't go for that. - rival22
Honestly I don't know why a team would want him anymore. Yes he is talented but he's so old now he can't play solid minutes on the playoffs in a shortened season. That means in a full year he'd burn out like half way through. |

The Rangers basically just rolled over and gave the Bruins that OT. |

Yeah, Jags looks like he needs a cane after about 10 seconds. I'm not sure anybody signs him for next year. |

Lundqvist could steal this series, but I think Boston is just better. |

Sort of sad to see, though he still came close to ending that early in OT. |

Nice to know our team isn't the only one capable of making horrific decisions with the puck in dangerous areas. |

Next time we want to complain about something our defensemen do, we should watch a replay of how horribly Stralman & Zuccarello both played in that sequence. |

Agree. Boston has four solid lines; the Rags have 1.3 solid lines. If Seidenberg and Ference make it back, this could be a short series. I don't see the Rangers doing much offensively. Brassard actually looks like his career has been rejuvenated a bit since the deal.
So, with Nash's assist, he has the same amount of points in the same amount of play-off games as Doug Murray. Murray has more goals.

Brassard was probably the best player in the Caps-Rags series (other than Lundqvist), very impressed with him. |

Not a great decision on that cross ice pass from Brassard either. Chara made a nice play, but still. |

If Quick keeps this up, his legend as a playoff goalie is going to be off the charts. Dude is playing out of his mind, on a team that is not firing on all cylinders in front of him.
That's more like it 2-2 now. |

He can only do some much. When Boston scored I think they were outshooting the Rangers 16-5 in the OT. He had zero help. |
