Would it be actually possible that the Habs draft Gauthier in the 1st, Morin in the 2nd and Dauphin in the 3rd, and that they would actually be more than French homer picks?
- _nay_

No they would all be French homer picks and the second coming of Louis Leblanc.

Spent the day at the Gatineau Festibiere, and had supper at The Works. T'was a good day.

The biking to work was harder than usual this morning.

They have some pretty sweet burgers. I find the more adventurous you go, the better they are.

Centre, younger, faster, stronger, two-way player, grittier.

Not as flashy, didn't show he's a one zone player so he wasn't fed top line minutes in the WJC's.

Yeah, just thinking that the gal who wrote this song is now married to Nickelback's frontman turned me off.

Had the Blaze of 1849. Was pretty good.

So honest question, why is the guy with the hattrick in the memorial cup final ranked ahead of the guy who got 6 assists in the game, was league MVP, and got playing time at the WJC while Mac rode the bench? I'm actually curious.

Does it really matter?

Edit: also, the Q is a soft league with soft players. WHLizDaBest.

I think it's only in Ottawa, but the Don Cherry burger is pretty funny...and if you actually finish it you get a coupon for a dinner for two next time you go.

Something like grapes, blue cheese and something else.

Biggest surprise: Brasseurs du Monde

Always thought they were "meh", but holy poop, they had 36 beers, and we had to ask them for their best ones, the "Réserve du Picoleur"

Their Bourbon barrel-aged Barley wine and porter de glace were amazing.

And I missed the bourbon barrel-aged Corte Real...

Edit: Brought back $100 worth of beer from the LCBO
