8) I'd bet on two things after next season:

1) Andrei Markov will no longer be a part of the Montreal Canadiens.

2) Tomas Plekanec will no longer be a part of the Montreal Canadiens.

If Pleks is dealt, it would be nice if it was for a big talented dman.

I'd be shocked if Markov makes the trade deadline, healthy.

To Colorado for Duncan Siemens. Throw in picks or whatever to make it work.

If that's all MB can get for Plek, might as well keep him.

thats funny

not that we wouldnt want Volchenkov, but since we have Emelin he's not worth Pleks (or in general)

Great work on having a GM use another team's model. So jealous that I had to sit through Brian Burke trying to build this team according to Brian Burke's model.

Read that he was the Rookie of the Year in 1989. Nascar's version of Sergei Makarov?

Looks like Bergy will be drafting 3rd twice and 1st in the current 4 year stretch that began at last year's draft.

Edit: and sign Gaborik to a 12 year contract.

It's gonna be fun seeing these guys pretend like they know who the guys the Canadiens just drafted are.

What are the over/unders for:
