I agree BUT the Senate is useless, a bunch of political nominations who bring nothing to society. No need for this layer of government these days, time to move on and save the money, god knows the government needs it.

I know Pete, but that's another subject. Senators do sweet (frank)all in Canada and are getting life pensions even if they retire pretty early.

The Senate might have been useful once upon a time but nowadays it's just a way to thank the friends of the parties...
