I had other examples that could've been more suited, but you would have given me a vacation I think.
- Jean_Perron

The other example you didn't use would have made perfect sense. That's the irony.

Yup.... and the first part didn't mean anything.
- Scabeh

I don't think many of us come here to read anything deep and insightful...I thought it just blended in seamlessly with the rest of the conversation going on here...

You actually don't get the difference, do you? It's astounding.
- hscesq

Are you referring to the fact that being german is not a different race than say the English?

There's another term to qualify saying all for instance 'all french are cowards', but I'm afraid my vocabulary is not good enough to know it.

I just call it racism, even though it's not actually racism.

Perhaps saying Arabs are all terrorists would've been a better example for the fried chicken + black one.

And I think you should shut up as the hole you are digging for yourself is getting bigger with every word you type.

No, Arabs are all terrorists would have been the same as Germans are all Nazis.
All French Canadians eat poutine, have false teeth and drink Pepsi, would have been equivalent to the fried chicken comment. All Jews are cheap would have been a better analogy as well.

I never really witnessed racism and don't live in the states. Couldn't really tell you what impact saying such words has on black people.

As you like to point, I have yet to see a lot of stuff in this world.
