Wow. I don't know if that was the greatest comeback I have ever watched or the biggest choke job.

Great series by the Leafs. Great young team that will only get better.

This is the best thread ever, seeing Hank the Tank laughing it up after the Canucks get swept is priceless.

un-(frank)ing-believable. Glad I witnessed that. One of those moments that make playoff hockey so special. Great series on both sides. As much as I wanted to see BOS win, it was sad to see Reimer lose. He put the team on his back and should not be questioned as a #1 goalie by leafs fans anymore. Great series.

Agreed. Fun to watch complete with water bottle toss.

63.4 Objects Thrown on the Ice – In the event that objects are thrown on the ice that interfere with the progress of the game, the Referee shall blow the whistle and stop the play and the puck shall be faced-off at a face-off spot in the zone nearest to the spot where play is stopped. When objects are thrown on the ice during a stoppage in play, including after the scoring of a goal, the Referee shall have announced over the public address system that any further occurrences will result in a bench minor penalty being assessed to the home Team. Articles thrown onto the ice following a special occasion (i.e. hat trick) will not result in a bench minor penalty being assessed. Refer also to Rule 53.6 when spectator interference occurs during a breakaway.

As a leaf fan yes it was a collapse. But keep it in perspective, we got more out of this loss than a first round win against who we thought we'd play in the habs. That's not a shot against the habs, or me saying we would have beat them for sure, but to play a team like boston, in a war and handle it like we did was a huge step for us. MOntreal was a team like us, we wouldn't have learned much. You have to learn to lose before you win, every franchise has (ask boston). THis whole series felt like we were learning from boston, the veteran boxer vs the young buck. I 100% hope boston takes the cup. Hard fought series, maybe the toughest (or LA / STL) but you could tell there was respect between both teams. No cheap shots, no yapping off the ice. 2 classy teams beating the hell out of eachother. And Lucic is all class in his postgame interview. Will be a great rivalry for years to come.

Go get the cup Boston, Bostonstrong on behalf of leaf fans everywhere.

I hate to be the devils advocate, but the rags have owned the bruins the last few years, they don't make it out of the second round.

true, but the regular season doesn't mean squat. Having said that, I felt whoever won the leafs bruins series would be too banged up to advance. Boston's d is in trouble, too many injuries. If rask can play up to lundqvist's level though, i'll take boston

There you go, that's beer. Coors Light, not so much. Molson is ok when I want a good cold Lager, but I'm usually downing craft brews like Dogfish, Duck Rabbit, etc.

Drinking a nice Imperial Russian Stout right now...giggity!
