Fair enough. This game aside I do think the Leafs gave a superior team in the Bruins all they could possibly handle. Given the many years leading up to this one I'd say that's an achievement that you can build on, rather than give your team sh!t about.

it was like 10 minutes left hit, and the boys looked at each other on the bench and said 'we're actually going to pull this off?, how can we correct this to (frank)ing bury as many of those fans that hung on for the last 9 years as we can??'

Regardless of the antics, he's a great player and probably better than what would be there at 8. Yet I still probably wouldn't do it .

Improbable things happen. We got somewhere we shouldn't have even been and got beat by a team that has seen it all before.

Great series guys. The Leafs deserved the win and the series, the Bruins weaseled their way out of that.

I think so too. I try to judge by a non-bias basis, and I really think Toronto outplayed them this series.
Im happy we made it this far, but when the game 7 win is staring you in the face and you blow it like a $5 whhoore, it's hard to swallow. uh.. so to speak

I'm dissapointed but proud at the same time. No sense whining now though. Just gotta remember the leafs Motto: There's always next year!
I think with the right moves we will be serious contenders.

I'm not against trading Kesler but I think we can more for him. Not a bad offer though.

i was already sending texts to the mrs about how the reffing was going to bury us before that..

it's hard to say how it goes. i think even if some of those calls are made (the marchand one is the grossest missed call in a long time), even with the subsequent PP's, i'm leaning towards the leafs still handing it over to them..

It will pass. The leafs took a team that kicked their ass last year all the way to a game 7. They know what it takes now. It's a learning experience for a young team.

Habs did it againt boston In 04... either way great series, was really pulling fr the leafs there!! The div that has the n.e teams and add detroit will be by far the most entertaining div I the league. Toronto pIayed incredibly and deserved a better fate. So much good to take from it tho.
