I can count the number of times I've ever been near a Matthew Barry blog on one hand, but what did he say about Boudreau?

At this point, I think you have to question if he has what it takes to get great regular season teams to perform in the playoffs.

It's no secret that he gave his players in Washington a lot of leash, perhaps to their detriment. Contrast that to a guy like Carlyle who insists that his players play his style and stick to it.

Gardiner had a rough ride with Carlyle, but he's a better player for it.
