Seems like the right move.

It is.
Just have a soft spot for Fleury.
The kid is a 100% team player.
He seems to be a great team mate.

Washington didnt score enough dirty goals. A big part of that is Lundqvist and the fact the Rangers collapse 5 guys literally into the crease. But the Caps also didnt get the puck into the crease enough.

Caps were all business in the first then looked gassed.

Why's Fleury's 09 run passed off as insignificant to the stat heads? He singlehandedly won us the Philly series. This was one of the best performances Ive ever seen

The highlights are all up. Pouliot put in the Oil Kings' goal himself haha.
Despres needs to get top 4 time (+PK/PP) every game next year no matter what. If he'd been allowed to make mistakes this regular season he'd already be one of our best defenseman.

So you're saying he's more like Paul Martin haha.

I'm happy to see that Vokoun will get the start.

I'm looking forward to Ek's "predictions" regarding this series. I predict that he says Sens in 5 and attributes it to the Sens being better in every major category aside from scoring depth and PP.

MY prediction is Pens in 5, with Anderson shutting us out in the one game we lose.

LET'S GO PENS! Is it 6:30 (7:30 for you guys) yet? Drop the fraking puck!

Anyone who ever said officiating is the same in the postseason was mistaken.

I can't speak for basketball, but no other professional sport changes how they call a game based on the time of the year or time of the game like hockey. Imagine if baseball moved the strikezone for playoffs lol.

By the finals, the only calls we'll see are pucks over the glass or too many men.

High sticks also always get called.
