Yeah that was a good call, I didn't feel like going back to look for it.

Only team I didn't thoroughly dislike/hate was the Isles. Sens too sorta, they'd be my choice of what's left. |

Same here. At the end of the day as much as I hate the Bruins, I hate the Leafs more. So tonight was a good result. |

“I had one,” Poulin said. “Philadelphia, I was up 3-0, Game 7, 1988. Dale Hunter, overtime.” He was asked, do those games ever leave you? Do they ever go away?
“No,” he said. “Terrible.”

I'll be the first one to "feed" the trolls, but it's pretty funny when Bill does it. |

Wow, nice of Washington to show up last night
Unreal comeback for Boston, I'm guessing there are a lot of crowded bridges in Toronto this morning!
Picks for Round 2:
Sens shock Pens in 7, goaltending will be the difference
Bruins over Rangers in 7
Hawks over Wings in 6
Kings over Sharks in 7
BTW I'm picking Chicago and Boston to go to the finals. Believe it or not, but I think it will be the 1st time these 2 original 6 clubs have ever met in the finals!
Finally, Bo Horvat...you are the man!! |

Ottowa wins in 1. Erik Karlsson scores 30 goals in the first 2 periods before the referees create the mercy rule on the ice. They beat the Penguins so badly that Mario Lemieux holds a press conference officially announcing their forfeit from the series after the game. Out of shame, the club is folded, and Lemieux retires from public life, moving to the deep woods of Canada to live with Crosby, who after admitting defeat announces his early retirement. The remainder of the Pittsburgh Penguins roster is admitted to Greater Pittsburgh Psychiatric to help heal from the traumatic PTSD many of them sustained during the series that would go down in league history as "The worst spanking in NHL history". Gary Bettman, with no team left to give bias to, also announces his retirement, and moves to a house coincidentally located just 50ft away from the Lemieux-Crosby household. With no team left in Pittsburgh, all fans located in eastern PA flock to Philadelphia, inflating it's economy, and making it the richest city in America. The Philadelphia Flyers are named "America's Team", and Rocky Balboa, being the figure head of Philadelphia, is voted unanimously into the presidential office by Congress, bringing America into a new golden age. Atleast, that's what I was hoping would happen. - JAKEw1234
This is ridiculous. How could anyone ever believe this? We all know that Rocky Balboa isn't a real person and that the President will be Steroid Stalone. |

I have Chicago as the obvious favorite in the West. But if Quick continues with what he did in the first round. LA will be a tough out. |
