I'm going to say this before I leave tonight. Richards had one goal. Nash had two assists. Stepan had two points. Our captain had 1 goal and 3 points in 7 games. And we still won a series against a quality opponent without our big guys performing like big guys.

Hank was excellent all series. He gave up one iffy goal and one soft goal all series. With the team against the wall he pitches two shutouts. HUGE!!!

The role players many didn't like when they were acquired, Asham, Pyatt, etc., were big tonight. Each did their job and got a goal tonight.

Brassard? What a get!! Zucc was good all series too. Awesome.

nothing compares to 94...outside of that year, this might be the most satisfying playoff win i've ever experienced as a fan. we just saw something thats never been done in our teams history...
