I wouldnt expect any cheapies like Nabokov was handing out but at the same time Anderson is not some kind of Patrick Roy or Dominik Hasek. - Gunner Staal
Exactly. I'd rather play against Anderson than Lundqvist any day. |

He's played in 7 Games against Pens, and has allowed:
5 goal once
4 goals twice (including once in 9 minutes before getting pulled)
3 goals once
1 goal three times (once being in relief)
He's had some issues against the Pens |

So when do we get to see game one? Ticket sites are saying Thursday that's kinda crazy though isn't it? |

Alot of people on twitter are saying Tuesday. What is crazy is that they are saying Game 1 is Tuesday then 2 is on Friday but then game 3 is Saturday? If the NHL does that they are (frank)ing stupid. |

I'm not saying it's right or wrong, but I believe MAF will be in net game 1. |

I will say it, it's wrong. Love Fleury, but this is a results driven business in the playoffs. |

I disagree. Bylsma has been loyal to Vokoun while playing well this season, and I believe that this trend will continue. Starting MAF would be borderline disrespectful to Vokoun. |

Those are the two dates that I've seen too.
Tuesday seems like it would make the most sense, but I'm wondering if they are waiting to figure out Game #2 for Toronto/Boston.
If Toronto loses, you'd have to think that GM#3 would be Saturday night for NHIC, right? Likely pushing GM #2 to Thursday.
If Toronto wins, then they get the Sat night slot, and Pens/Sens play Fri/Sun.
Who knows... |

Agreed. Toronto will almost definitely get the Saturday night slot if they advance. |

Anything can happen, but man, did the Bruins look tired last night. And they have to turn around and play again tonight... They are really going to get a a push from the Leafs tonight.

Not sure how he doesn't, but it's such a pointless award. How can you quantify a GM's work on one season?
Unless it's a guy who made a bunch of good moves (Shero) or a new guy who makes a big splash in his first year (Bergevin), how else can you give a guy credit for one year.
Is Bryan Murray who resigned a couple of his own players having a better year than Stan Bowman even though he had a quieter year? |
