you look at other places, take Pointe-Claire for example. we've had the same (frank)ing mayor for like 30 years. You're gonna tell me he's not on the take? of course he is but the city is clean, the roads are good and the services are good do basically everybody gets what they want.

If you're gonna be corrupt you can't let the city fall in shambles while you do it.
