No not really. For example if the final four are made up of the division winners (they pick 27-30) that means the last 2 division winners that are not in the top 4 (Montreal and Vancouver) pick 25-26 with Montreal getting 26. Basically the more upsets there are i.e non division winners that make the final 4 the better Montreals draft pick will be. If Chicago , Anaheim and Pittsburg make the final 4 Montreal picks 26th.
