And they are starting to play with a little more confidence too. - akane13
For the last 7 minutes we've witnessed the Pens we saw most of the year. Hopefully it's a sign of things to come. |

No doubt. They weathered the 1st period but in this one, even before TK scored, they were better. The team defense is better; the forwards coming deeper into the zone cleaning up lose pucks and giving the D an easier outlet. Haven't seen a lot of stretch passes tonight. Recipe for success.

Sid's goal looked really familiar. As Mike Lange would say: Ive seen that fish before.
A little 66 magic. |

I'm going to the lounge to get some dinner. If we win please don't go over to troll the Isles. I would hate to have to take you out for game 6.

and now.... no reason for any D-man to pinch the rest of the night and there better always be the 3rd forward high. time to smother them. |

The beauty of this is the Islander won't be able to sit back and stay in the 1-4 much longer....make them come to us and then pounce on the turnovers. |

Let's show some maturity now Pens. Shut it down!
The crowd is LOUD for Consol. |

Can we just play the 3rd and 4th lines for the rest of the game. That 4th line at the end did everything perfect. They didn't try and go for a nice pretty goal, but rather held the puck low and kept the isles from getting another chance for the last 45 seconds. That's what I like |

He's just saved the team a ton of money. No need to commission someone new for his eventual statue. Just take the mold of the first and flip it. |

All credit in the world goes to 92!
Yes rebounds are issues but he is the calm before the storm.
Sick that we had this figured out before Blysma. Can I have some of his contract? |

Isn't this the truth. I'll say it again. How can you scratch your two fastest skaters against a fast team. Really stubborn. |

I'll wait til after the game to discuss HCDB. BUUUTTT.
92 in 29 out.
Iggy with Sid. Didn't he watch the olympics?
Kuni back with Geno and Neal. Best line in hockey.
Duuhhhh.
Now just finish them off Pens. If Blysma gets all the credit more power to him. We just need this one and not give the Isles anything.
Other than Martin saying WOW to Tavares move, which was sick. |
