I blame both AV and Gillis. AV for starting a injured goalie with Luongo playing well the first couple of games and Gillis for putting AV in that spot by not dealing with the goaltending situation earlier.

I personally know Gilman. He may want to be a GM but he does not know enough about the game to be one. He can be a Asst. GM because he understands the business side of the game by signing players that he is asked to sign and understanding the cap (He was originally signed as a Capologist). However, he does not know how to put a team together without help from someone who understands the game this is why he needs to be a ASST. Gm at best. I do believe that it is time to get rid of Gillis and AV and start fresh.

The owner needs to step in and can Gillis and AV. One or both of the Sedins need to be traded, as well as half a dozen other players, and buyout Booth and Ballard (assuming Luongo can be traded).
