It could be worse, you could be Canucks fans.

This is true... They can't win in the playoffs, and have a bad playoff goalie that they can't get rid of.

I couldn't help but think this morning about Douglas Murray and seeing his old team who was a seller at the deadline, making it to the next round while his new team can't get out of their own way.

That's what you got out of last night's game? Really? Someone pulling someone (who happened to be an ex-teammate) off of a scrum.

If Crosby helped an old lady cross the street, you'd say he should be arrested for dragging an old lady into traffic, and the he deserved to be hit by a bus.

well I was going to target Matt Cooke being third man in on the altercation between Malkin and Hamonic but I figured that would be too easy.

The modern day Penguins have become equal to the complete sleaze of the Flyers in the 1970's.

congratulations!

Ok boys lets get a grasp of reality here.
Its 2-2, coming home.
Give Fleury a game to collect himself, and watch from the bench. Vokoun game 5
The bounces are going the Isles way right now, remember the Stanley Cup year when it seemed like there was a magical force that was helping the puck bounce right to the sticks of the Red Wings, eventually that swings to the other side.
If we lose this series Bylsma is gone, Malkin is gone, and Tanger is gone; none of those guys want that. Half of this band of waiver wire slobs were rejects from our team, THIS IS NOT LAST YEAR!!!
The Isles look like the better team, how long can that really last?

Can't give credit, where credit is due. "The Waiver wire slobs are tied with your team"

Funny you should say that, because it wasn't even Matt Cooke. You can't even read jersey numbers, chances are you can't see anything else clearly either.

Why don't you worry about your own series?

They play neurotic hockey, just like Vokoun said earlier in the season. If they remove their head from their ass they could win but I am not betting on smart play from this squad. It was like a circus of stupidity, passive play not covering players, choking whatever you want to point out it is all true. I can't defend them or their coach. Can't and won't. Done.

Not sure what happened to the veterans pulling somebody aside and slapping them. Morrow and Iggy were brought in so that when the snowball got rolling somebody was there to do something. One of them should have should have punched Malkin square in the face at a few points last night to straighten him out.
Im not going to jump all over Bylsma just yet--game 5 is going to be where we find out what kind of coach he is. Vokoun has to be in. I cant see him running the risk of playing Fleury and having another repeat only to have to potentially thrown Vokoun into an elimination game on the island for game 6.

Yeah... the series is tied, and we have home ice in a best of 3.

Game #5 if the true test to see if this team is a complete grease fire, or can get their crap together.

It's a best of 3 series now. Start fresh with Vokoun, put Kennedy in for glass, and prove to everyone why they were in first place.
